About Patrick

Patrick Moen possesses an innate ability to understand what businesses need to optimize their performance and productivity. Since his early years, he has been able to recognize and create value by forming new revenue streams. As a busboy at one of the most popular restaurants in his hometown of Point Pleasant, NJ, he recognized a need for innovation to address a wait list over 3 hours long. He utilized the patio area to serve light appetizers and hand delivered beverages while customers waited for their table. By the end of summer, the restaurant had an additional 100K in revenue.

Patrick’s passion for the industry and entrepreneurship carried on through his collegiate career where he worked three jobs while attending school at Lynn University in Florida. After graduating From Lynn University with a degree in Hospitality Hotel/Restaurant Business Management, Patrick moved to Raleigh, NC where he opened up a restaurant franchise with three locations. Operating the franchise to open three locations within three years. Additionally, he privately purchased and maintained several private residences as a landlord. In 2006 he joined the management team at The Cheese Cake Factory and was awarded the President’s Circle his first year in becoming a general manager…..

In 2013, Patrick relocated to Los Angeles and took an executive position with QALO, a lifestyle brand of wedding rings for active individuals. Patrick was an integral part of the growth at QALO, taking the company from one million to twenty-five million in three years.

In 2017, Patrick opened his own business, 360 Business Consulting. 360’s focus was assisting start-ups in developing internal systems to increase efficiency. He worked with a range of clients and businesses that you can see below from large to small sizes.

Currently, he is living in Raleigh, NC. Patrick has taken a stance to his new business and is on a mission to help entrepreneur’s worldwide. He continues to consult with companies regarding a variety of issues such as marketing strategies, branding and expansion as a subject-matter expert on business development.
